Production process
OUR SARTORIAL PRODUCTION
At Davos, we specialise in the production of beachwear, made-to-measure services and haute couture brand collections: our production process allows us to put our know-how at the service of our customers and create high quality lingerie and prêt-à-porter. The production of a garment embraces a narrative that at the end sees the garment come to life and used in everyday life. Choose Davos for your prêt-à-porter collection: contact our team to learn more about our working method.
EACH LINK IN OUR PRODUCTION CHAIN

COLLECTION STUDY
The initial meeting between the future collection and our team takes place at the creative table in our product department. Each collection is a new and original project that requires a clear mind and total openness to the customer’s ideas; we perform a product study and make the collection focussed on the customer and his idea, providing our know-how with professionalism.

FROM PAPER TO PATTERN
The guidelines drawn up during the collection study stage define the product's entire production process. The pattern-makers and seamstresses then enter the scene and, using patterns and prototypes, produce the first versions of what will become the collection. To implement the design stage and use technology to our advantage, we have equipped the design and production departments with innovative development systems and CAD software.

PRODUCTION: THE GARMENTS TAKE SHAPE
The patterns are then analysed along with the brand's style department to find the perfect solution, ready to go into production. Davos has chosen to assign production to workshops scattered throughout Italy, each specialising in a specific field: we thus ensure maximum production quality, attention to detail and the best manufacturing techniques. We work with passion to deliver the best garments to the customer that represent the soul of the brand and the high standards required of Made in Italy fashion.

LIFE OF THE PRODUCT
Following the pricing and testing stages, and having obtained approval from the style and merchandising department, the garments can be put on sale. What was originally a drawing on a piece of paper is now a garment ready for the shop window. Special occasions, unforgettable evenings, elegant events: every product is the result of the blend of creative flow and technical expertise.
