THE DAVOS PRODUCTION CHAIN
DESIGN
The design team is divided into two departments: the product department, focussed entirely on working with the brands’ style departments, and the prototype department.
PRODUCTION
Production is where the collection takes shape. Our production chain is divided into different sectors, coordinated by the programming and procurement department.
CONTROL
To ensure high precision production, quality control is carried out both in-house and by an independent quality coordination centre.
